We are seeking dedicated and reliable officers who can consistently attend classes and summer camps to help lead our programs. Applicants must be between the ages of 14 and 18 and will be contacted to schedule an interview with the NextGen Coders leadership team. Candidates will be evaluated on their coding knowledge, teaching ability, leadership skills, communication, and willingness to grow. While we’re not looking for perfection, we are looking for those who are passionate about making a difference. Submitting an application does not guarantee a position, as acceptance is based on the sole discretion of the NextGen Coders officer team, and positions are filled on a rolling basis.
